Important Notice!

Before registering with the Wildcats online you must first read USA Hockey's  Waiver.  The directions are below:

1. Print out, read and sign USA Hockey's Waiver of Liability, Release, Assumption of Risk & Indemnifying Agreement and mail to address below.

2. Print out, read and sign 2008-09 Participant Code of Conduct and mail to address below.

3. Send $300 Registration Payment or you can bring a check the first night of evaluations.
     Below are two payment options.

You can obtain the Abobe Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe.  The  Acrobat reader will be required to read certain documents on this site.

Option 1
Pay using or by Credit Card
You don't need a PayPal
account to pay by Credit Card.

Option 2
Bring the $300 Registration Fee to the first night of evaluations or mail a check or money order made payable to "Warwick Wildcats"  along with waivers, within (5) business days  to:
